Eurotrip 2012- Bern Part 2

The next day we just had the afternoon in Bern before the bus was picking us up to head to Lauterbrunnen. We decided to take it easy- we walked through the Old Town one more time but it was Swiss National Day so pretty much everything was closed.

We decided to take a better look at the Barengraben (Bear Pit) as bears are one of Roisin’s favourites. Then we went back to the cafe outside the hotel and had some coffee while enjoying the sun and watching some kids jump off of the bridge into the Aare. (One of them was particularly portly and we thought for sure he was gonna die. He survived.) You can see on that final photo- one kid doing a back flip if you look closely.

Our next stop is pretty different: A cabin in the Alps. Hooray for Switzerland!
